DO NOT JUDGE A BOOK BY ITS COVER!this humble gems is far from fancy, but they did great! My bunch went there after Mt. Rinjani hike, though their specialty is Rainbow seven point, the owner suggested us to have back & shoulder massage combined with foot massage (coz she said, seven point would be to hard on our swelling foot muscles). After an hour of therapy, we felt reborn! All therapist did welldone job! Thank you Rainbow Spa!

We go for 30 minutes foot massages that cost 60000 rupiah and they charge me 120000 rupiah as if it were reflexology. and when I ask what the difference is they don't even know how to explain The person who does the massages is very good, but the man who charged me was disrespectful, aggressive, rude. They should never treat tourists so badly, they know that we are the ones who pay and give them work. Now we are two people who are not going back and we are not going to recommend the place to anyone else.

My boyfriend and I went to test this spa after reading so many nice google reviews here but we are disappointed after trying it out.We were received by two young teenagers who lack of professional massage knowledges. They used only strength without understanding where the right spots are. So the whole massage was only a painful process without us feeling relaxed. You could find other spas in Kuta lombok that could provide you a nicer massage, nicer room, with more professional service at the similar price. (1 hour of seven point massage 175k IDR and elsewhere around the same)

Back and shoulder massage was to much on the spine and hurt more than heal. The owner's son gave me the massage and I gave the owner some honest feedback. I also mentioned that the massage therapist hade his phone on the table at my feet and kept vibrating the whole session. I got no thanks for the feedback or any compensation. It's not the first place I had a massage in Lombok so it's not a one time biased experience.

Really bad shiatsu massage. The massage bed had no hole to put your face so i was really uncomfortable. Theres no curtains for the beds so you can see each other. The price was 140,000 for the message which made it the most expensive massage i ever had in Indonesia. The massage was terrible, it wasnt hard at all. Im only 6ft and my feet was hanging off the bed so when she pressed down on my lower body my feet were pressed against the bed framing and hurt.

Was a great massage after doing Tracking Rinjani...they have a special massage called Rainbow Rinjani package..for Lower leg Totally high Recommended for your massage during stayed at Kuta Lombok..Cheers

We got a very great and professional spa treatment at Rainbow SPA ! We just came back from 3 days hike in Gunung Rinjani and they knew exactly how to treat all pressure point. We felt A LOT better after it, definitely recommend this place !!

I felt worse after the treatment. It was rushed and you could tell they just wanted the money.

Amazing place! The guys are doing their very best to adapt to changes in customer requirements. Didnt even know i had tensions in the places i got massaged..

Got a foot massage and pedicure.The place is not a fancy spa and doesn t have pampering amenities. Therefore I did not have to pre-book. The work was professional and well done.

Nice and not good.Not a god hand, but he's doing it with sincerity.I was sick as I continued to move.The result was a lot easier.It was not cheap, but it was worth it.Although it is inferior to the levels of Thailand and Bali Ubud, there is nothing else, but I think that it is better in Lombok.

Me and my boyfriend tried the "back and shoulder massage" and it was so good! The room was clean, the stuff was friendly and the price was fair. We can only recommend it.

I am again sorry that your answer get so violent. I never criticised your skills nor aimed at looking down to anyone. I am working in social myself and have experienced year of shiatsu and accupressure, that is why I felt surprised (surprised, yet not despicable and critical) by the prestation. That is a pity that you get the feeling that all foreigners are trying to trick your down, or that this incident leads to a unrelated and inappropriate "western people Vs indonesians" dichotomy. Here again, I don't feel acting as a bad customer questioning if the service I ordered was indeed the good one, since it was different from what I experienced anywhere else. This of course doesn't question your skill or anything, but simply ask for explanation. I never argued against you, since I despise all kind of conflict and asked for a simple explanation. Why taking it so harshly ? I hope this anger will sooth soon, all the best.

Great massage... enough pressure put on correct spot of your body part.

A couple friends and I got a reflexology massage which was slated for 45 minutes. Unfortunately the massage lasted slightly over 30 minutes. Do beware when coming here. I gave 2 stars because the massage was good for the time it lasted

The lady, who made my massage was completely inexperienced and didn't know what she do. The place is smelly and unpleasant.

Me and my husband went there for foot massage and I changed my nail polish.. Was ok but the 3 ladies who's doing the service were chatting the whole time we doing our massage! Should be relaxing but cant relax coz they talk to esch other too much.

Great massage, they know what they do! We were there twice (foot massage and hot stone) and it was perfect. The staff is friendly and the location really central (directly on the street with the good restaurants).

Really good massage for a reasonable price. The only thing that cod be improved would be better sound insulation in the room, as external noises could be heard, but other than that it was amazing.

She literally doesn't care. When I tell it hurts, she has laughed at me.Today I woke up, and my pain is even worse.Don't go there

I got the 7 Points 60 min massage and it was incredible 😄 The pressure was really strong, just as I like it, but you can ask for a smoother massage if you prefer. My back got released of all the tension, it's wonderful

Received very good massages and very friendly people. When I passed here I had lower back complaints and I even received a free treatment from the owner. Definitely recommended!

The massage movements where way to fast, it feelt stressful and it seems that the masuse learned the movement but not the muscles or body. I had more pain when I left. We told the owner who did not seem to care, I would not recommend.

Rainbow Spa Kuta Lombok is the best massage in Indonesia. When in lombok I come here all the time. I love the foot and leg massage and the accupressure massage is the best. I come here for manicure, pedicure and facials. The manager and all the staff are very polite and accomodating. I cannot wait for the hair salon to open. Love love love.

We had the Rinjani massage and were very pleased. Great massage and nice people. We’d return. It looks pretty rustic but they have a nice quiet air conditioned room.

Honestly you won't find any better treatment in Lombok and probably in Indonesia. I've been coming here since 2017 every year to get the best treatment. I've already tried all their treatments and can recommend all of them, especially their own created technic the "Seven Point" massage. And if you have any problems just ask for Bon (the husband of the owner). He has many years of experience!!!
